To ensure uniform and faster cooking the components of this set all come with a SAS bottom; an inner layer of food safe AISI 304 grade stainless steel sandwhiching a layer of high quality virgin aluminium. With a AISI 430 grade magnetic stainless steel base that makes the cookware induction compatible.
