Constructed with AISI 304 food grade hygienic stainless steel, the SAS bottom includes an encapulated layer of aluminium ensuring an even distribution of heat. The base layer is made from AISI 430 grade magnetic stainless steel that makes the pan both gas and induction friendly.

The handle is heat resistant and offer an ergonomic grip. The hole offers convenient hanging - storage option. This is is an extremely versatile pan, giving you the flexibility to sauté or stir-fry.
