Made from food grade high quality, thick hard Anodised for longer use. To ensure uniform and faster cooking an inner layer of food safe AISI 304 grade stainless steel sandwiches a layer of high quality virgin aluminium. The base is a layer of AISI 430 grade magnetic hard anodised makes the cookware induction compatible.
